Cute fit! The material is thin enough to layer, so we added jean shorts over it. My toddler is about 32 in long and it fit well with a little extra room! Fits true to size but only issue is one of the snap buttons was stuck and while trying to unsnap it tire slightly but over all like it!I loved this outfit from first open.
